Wedding Day Coordination
You've done all the work, now let us handle your big day
Your big day is meant for you to remember and savour every moment, not be hounded by vendors. This is one of our most popular packages as many couples like to plan their own weddings. We will step in a month before the big day and assist with vendors, assist with set up and tear down with the decor, on-site coordination and supervision of ceremony and reception venue, day of vendor management and ceremony orchestration and any special requests arranged beforehand. Basically, we will take over from there. We are here to create a seamless experience for you and your partner. Decor Set Up & Take Down
You’ve got it all taken care of, except the hardest part. Come to us for that!
Its okay to feel that a day of coordinator is not necessary. But what about all those decorations that needs to be set up? Do you really want your friends to be staying after your wedding to help you take down your decorations? This can often take time depending on how much decoration you have. Leave it to us to ensure that your decorations are set up and taken down on time and ready to go.
